As a Production Clerk, you will support the production floor by managing documentation, tracking materials, and ensuring records are accurate and accessible. Responsibility
- Maintain accurate production documents and filing systems for daily manufacturing activity.
- Verify and log material receipts, production orders, and batch records.
- Distribute production paperwork to appropriate teams and ensure timely retrieval and submission.
- Enter data into ERP/MIS systems and generate routine production reports for supervisors.
- Coordinate with warehouse, quality control, and production lines to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation as needed.
- Support internal audits by organizing records and maintaining document traceability.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry, administration, or production support is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP or inventory systems.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple tasks.
