Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily fabrication and production operations to achieve company objectives and project deadlines.
- Implement and oversee execution control strategies to optimize workflow efficiency and resource allocation.
- Set and monitor production targets, ensuring consistent and timely output with superior quality.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline production activities and resolve bottlenecks.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Develop and train team members, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Analyze production data and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and process improvements.
- Drive initiatives to minimize waste, control costs, and maximize operational efficiency.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in fabrication or manufacturing management, with proven leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in production management software and MS Office suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
