Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth workflow and material availability.
- Monitor production progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, or delays.
- Ensure compliance with EU MDR regulations and internal quality standards throughout the production cycle.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to support operational decision-making and performance improvement.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and collaborate on inventory control strategies.
- Liaise with sales and customer service teams to forecast demand and align production capacity accordingly.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance processes for greater efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Planner, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of EU MDR or other regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP production planning software and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience in medical device manufacturing is an advantage.
