In this role, you will lead the development and maintenance of master production schedules that align demand forecasts with available capacity, materials, and inventory targets. You will coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure material availability, minimize lead times, and secure on-time delivery to customers. You will monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans to optimize throughput and resource utilization. You will also maintain accurate bills of materials and routings, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.

Responsibility
- Create and maintain master production schedules that balance demand with capacity and inventory targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure material availability and on-time execution.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans to optimize throughput and reduce lead times.
- Maintain accurate bills of materials (BOMs) and routings; propose changes to improve efficiency.
- Analyze capacity, shift patterns, and equipment utilization to optimize resource allocation.
- Generate regular production status reports and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks to the production plan and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials planning (MRP/ERP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement is a plus.
