Join OMG Cosmetics Inc as a Production Staff and become a vital part of our fast-growing manufacturing team in Balintawak, Metro Manila. You will help produce high-quality ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics products, supporting every step from raw materials handling to packaging and final checks.
In this hands-on role, you will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain clean and organized workstations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with line leads and QA to meet daily production targets while upholding accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include operating production lines, assembling and packaging products, performing quality checks, recording production data, maintaining inventory accuracy, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines, assisting with machine setup and changeovers, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production lines for ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics products in compliance with SOPs.
- Assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment according to quality standards.
- Perform routine quality checks and random inspections to ensure product integrity.
- Record production data and maintain accurate shift reports and inventory logs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation following 5S principles.
- Assist machine setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance under supervision.
- Collaborate with supervisors and QA to address defects and implement corrective actions.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and GMP guidelines to protect coworkers and customers.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or packaging environment (0-2 years accepted).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong teamwork mindset.
- Good communication skills and reliability in shift-based work.
- Basic math and data entry skills for recording production metrics.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
- Ability to operate basic production equipment and read SOPs.
