Shoto Technology is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities at our facility in Senai, Johor. The ideal candidate will lead teams, ensure production targets for output, quality, and efficiency are met, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
