Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met and maintained
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of production operators and technicians
- Implement process improvements for safety, quality, and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely material supply
- Enforce all safety policies and compliance with industry regulations
- Maintain accurate production records and generate regular performance reports
- Communicate effectively with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks proactively
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and production management software
- Familiar with OSHA and industry safety standards
