Responsibility
- Lead and motivate production teams to meet daily output and quality targets
- Oversee shift operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
- Analyze workflow, eliminate bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams on project execution
- Train, mentor, and onboard new production staff
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Proficient in ERP software and production reporting tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive process optimization
