Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and efficiency goals.
- Lead, coach, and motivate line staff, fostering high-performance culture.
- Implement productivity improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to minimize downtime.
- Monitor inventory, order materials, and manage supply chain needs.
- Ensure all compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Track key production metrics and report departmental performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and staff development programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven abilities in process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and production reporting tools.
- Knowledge of OSHA and environmental standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
