Responsibility
- Provide strategic leadership for program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage program budgets.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with funders, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor program outcomes, indicators, and impact reports.
- Oversee grant compliance and ensure timely reporting.
- Advocate for the organization's mission through community engagement.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, public administration, education, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of program management and leadership experience in the nonprofit sector.
- Proven success in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations.
- Strong data analytics skills and experience with CRM and outcomes measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative, mission-driven leader who can manage change and grow teams.
- Experience with budgeting and financial stewardship.
