As a Program Manager, you will translate mission into measurable outcomes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure program compliance with funders' requirements. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of key programs aligned with organizational strategy and donor expectations.
- Develop program design documents, logic models, and success metrics; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor contracts; ensure compliance and timely reporting to funders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, volunteers, and partner organizations to maximize impact.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and local government partners.
- Prepare grant reports and communications for donors, foundations, and board stakeholders.
- Design data collection processes, analyze outcomes, and present insights to leadership for decision-making.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, public administration, social work, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of nonprofit program management or community development experience.
- Proven track record in grant writing, reporting, and donor stewardship.
- Strong budgeting, financial acumen, and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and data analytics; proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive environment; occasional evenings and weekend events may be required.
