We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, cultivate partnerships, and measure program impact. As Program Manager, you will oversee program planning, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and reporting. You will work closely with program staff, volunteers, donors, and partner organizations to ensure high-quality results aligned with our strategic plan.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end management of community programs from design to evaluation.
- Coordinate partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and government agencies.
- Develop and manage annual program budgets and grant reporting.
- Monitor outcomes, collect data, and produce impact dashboards for leadership and funders.
- Collaborate with fundraising and marketing teams to promote programs and recruit volunteers.
- Ensure compliance with nonprofit governance and grant requirements.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to program staff and volunteers.
Qualification
- 3+ years of program management or grant-funded project leadership in a nonprofit setting.
- Experience with donor relations, grant reporting, and fundraising collaboration.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial stewardship skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and present insights.
- Ability to work with diverse communities and partners with cultural humility.
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, social work, nonprofit management, or related field; masterβs preferred.
