Responsibility

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for engine maintenance initiatives, including schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities across engineering, maintenance, procurement, and service teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation, including work orders, change requests, risk registers, and regulatory/compliance records.
  • Track project performance using dashboards, metrics, and status reports; identify variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, facilitate stakeholder communications, and manage expectations with clients and suppliers.
  • Support procurement and vendor coordination for parts, services, and subcontractor arrangements, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor safety, quality, and compliance standards on site and during maintenance activities, escalating issues as needed.
  • Assist with close-out activities, including lessons learned and project handover to operations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in engineering, maintenance, or industrial environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of effective stakeholder management with internal and external partners.
