We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join Private Advertiser in Karawang. This contract role offers a hands-on opportunity to lead engineering projects from conception through commissioning, ensuring performance, safety, and on-time delivery. As a Project Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, suppliers, and customers to translate requirements into practical solutions, optimize resources, and maintain rigorous documentation. Key responsibilities include managing project scope, schedule, and budget; coordinating with design, procurement, and production teams; evaluating technical risks and implementing mitigation plans; ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards; and delivering accurate progress reporting to stakeholders. You will also participate in design reviews, supplier qualifications, and field installations, ensuring that all activities align with the company's standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from planning to commissioning, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and cost estimates; track progress and report deviations.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify technical risks, implement mitigation strategies, and monitor safety and quality standards.
- Engage with vendors and contractors, evaluate bids, and manage supplier performance.
- Prepare progress reports, change orders, and documentation for stakeholders and handover packages.
- Conduct design reviews, site visits, and commissioning activities; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain engineering records in accordance with company standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- 2-5 years of work experience in project engineering within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Primavera).
- Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and analytical problem-solving.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001) and safety standards (OHSAS/ISO 45001).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel to site locations as needed.
