Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable outcomes.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics; align with strategic goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and operations; foster collaboration and accountability.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and communication cadences for stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage budgets, resource forecasting, and vendor relationships; optimize for efficiency and value.
- Monitor progress through dashboards, reports, and quality assurance reviews; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate effective change management and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption and impact.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in technology or product development.
- Industry-standard PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana) and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate risks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile/Scrum experience; ability to tailor methods to project needs and organizational context.
