We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to own complex programs across cross-functional teams. In this role you will partner with executives and product owners to ensure alignment with strategic goals, manage risk, and deliver value on time and on budget.
Responsibility
- Direct and oversee multiple projects or programs from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Define scope, milestones, budgets, and success criteria; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate clear status updates to executives.
- Manage risk, issues, dependencies, and change control with formal governance processes.
- Ensure quality and compliance with PMO standards, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate decision-making, run executive steering committees, and foster a culture of accountability.
- Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members, promoting best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 7+ years of hands-on project/program management experience delivering complex initiatives in technology or digital transformation.
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget; strong financial acumen.
- Expertise with agile and waterfall methodologies; proficient with Jira, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at the executive level.
- Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving, risk, and dependency management.
- Ability to lead remote/hybrid teams and collaborate across geographies.
