As the Senior Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery, align stakeholders, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget results that maximize business value. This role offers a premium work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for career growth.
What you’ll do is lead governance, planning, and execution for multiple programs, with a focus on stakeholder alignment, scope control, and measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and finance teams to drive results.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs across multiple teams, ensuring scope clarity, timely milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop program roadmaps, cross-functional plans, and resource allocations to optimize delivery speed and quality.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues; maintain a robust risk and dependency register and escalation process.
- Facilitate executive governance meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, quality metrics, and change control processes throughout program lifecycles.
- Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and finance to remove blockers and foster collaboration.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, and ROI analysis to maximize program value.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex programs with multiple dependencies.
- Proven experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies in hybrid environments.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira/Confluence, or Primavera and strong Excel skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI analyses while maintaining a safety and quality-first mindset.
- Change management mindset with the ability to influence at all organizational levels and drive continuous improvement.
