Responsibility
- Own project lifecycle from initiation to successful delivery, meeting scope, timelines, and budget.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary teams to achieve goals.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Implement and optimize project management methodologies and tools.
- Resolve project issues efficiently, facilitating transparent communication across all parties.
- Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Monitor, track, and report on key project performance metrics.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in consulting or technology sectors.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification highly desired.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project, Jira).
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Analytical, process-driven mindset and high attention to detail.
