Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of a mixed portfolio (residential & commercial), ensuring properties meet safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
- Drive leasing activity, screen tenants, process applications, and execute lease agreements to achieve occupancy targets.
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets, monitor expenses, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate vendor selection, contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance oversight.
- Lead property inspections, risk management, and compliance with local regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
- Analyze financial reports, optimize rent structures, and implement revenue-enhancement strategies.
- Collaborate with owners, asset managers, and stakeholders to align property strategy with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for capital improvements and oversee project timelines and outcomes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years in property management, leasing, or facilities management.
- Proven track record of achieving occupancy targets and optimizing operating budgets.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, leasing regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration skills.
- Outstanding tenant relations and communication abilities; customer-service orientation.
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Entrata) and MS Office.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and create actionable recommendations.
