Join SummitEdge Property Management as a Property Manager to lead daily operations for a growing portfolio of residential and mixed use properties in Seattle, WA. You will ensure superior tenant experience, drive occupancy, manage financial performance, and uphold regulatory compliance.
As a key member of the property operations team, you will collaborate with vendors, leasing staff, and clients to optimize asset value and minimize risk.

Responsibility
- Oversee day to day property operations across assigned portfolio, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and vendor management.
- Lead tenant relations, address inquiries and escalations, and drive high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare regular reporting for owners.
- Coordinate capital projects, vendor procurement, and contract negotiations to maximize asset value.
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, safety regulations, and landlord-tenant laws; maintain accurate records and audits.
- Lead a team of on site staff and vendors; assign duties, provide coaching, and ensure service levels meet expectations.
- Analyze property performance metrics and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience, residential or multi family preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgets, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, or MRI; advanced MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of local housing regulations, fair housing laws, and safety requirements.
- Proven leadership abilities with the capability to manage multiple properties and lead a team.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
