Atlas Quill Publishing is seeking a results-driven Publishing Project Manager to oversee editorial workflows for our digital and print catalogs. This role partners with editors, designers, production, and rights teams to ensure high-quality, on-time releases across markets.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end publishing workflows from manuscript to print and digital distribution for multiple titles.
- Coordinate with editors, designers, production partners, and rights teams to ensure on-time releases.
- Manage production calendars, schedules, QA checkpoints, and risk mitigation plans.
- Oversee metadata, rights/licensing, and royalties tracking to ensure accurate catalog records.
- Ensure quality control across formats (print, e-book, PDF) and deliverables.
- Drive process improvements, tooling adoption, and documentation to scale operations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align launches with go-to-market plans.
Qualification
- 5+ years of publishing project management, editorial production, or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of print and digital publishing workflows and production lifecycle.
- Proficiency with CMS, metadata management, and EPUB/PDF workflows.
- Experience with desktop publishing tools (InDesign) and basic HTML/CSS understanding.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple titles, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Publishing, English, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
