NovaQuill Publishing is seeking a Publishing Project Manager to orchestrate end-to-end editorial production for print and digital formats. Responsibility

  • Lead editorial production workflow from manuscript to final publish across print and digital formats
  • Manage schedules, dependencies, budgets, and cross-functional timelines with editors, designers, and marketers
  • Enforce quality standards, style guides, and brand consistency across all publications
  • Coordinate metadata creation, file prep, and delivery for print, ebook, and audiobook formats
  • Oversee CMS publishing processes and ensure accessibility and SEO readiness
  • Collaborate with authors, editors, designers, and sales to optimize reader engagement
  • Track performance metrics, adjust plans, and report progress to stakeholders

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications or related field
  • 3+ years in publishing, editorial production, or content operations
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership
  • Excellent copyediting, proofreading, and adherence to established style guides
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and digital publishing workflows
  • Knowledge of metadata standards (ONIX, Dublin Core) and SEO basics
  • Familiarity with print and digital production processes and vendor coordination
