Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end procurement for materials and services across manufacturing and logistics.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize total cost of ownership and value.
- Build and manage supplier base, negotiate terms, and oversee contract administration.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, audits, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with production, planning, and finance to forecast demand and ensure material availability.
- Manage inventory planning and supplier lead times to minimize stockouts and excess.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards; maintain thorough procurement records.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, business administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with prior leadership or supervisory exposure.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software; data-driven with analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork abilities.
- Proven ability to drive cost savings, process improvements, and supplier performance enhancements.
