Purchasing Staff Opportunity in Lipa City
Private Advertiser is seeking a diligent Purchasing Staff to join our manufacturing and logistics team in Lipa City, Batangas. This pivotal role supports our supply chain by ensuring timely procurement of materials, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and enabling smooth production operations.
As a Purchasing Staff, you will manage day to day purchasing activities, evaluate supplier options, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs and optimize costs. Your efforts will contribute to on time deliveries, inventory accuracy, and cost control within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Location and Work Setup This on site role is based at Brgy. Inosluban, Lipa City. It is a full time position with opportunities for growth and professional development within Batangas.

Salary and Benefits Competitive monthly salary in the range of PHP 15,000 to PHP 18,000, commensurate with experience. Local benefits and performance based opportunities are provided in alignment with company policy.
Responsibility
- Coordinate procurement of raw materials, supplies, and services required by production teams to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders; monitor order status and supplier performance.
- Review supplier quotations, compare options, and negotiate terms to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, certificates, and delivery documentation.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely material delivery and prevent stockouts.
- Evaluate and onboard vendors; conduct supplier performance reviews and address issues related to quality or delivery.
- Participate in budgeting and cost control initiatives through prudent purchasing practices.
- Support process improvements and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in supply chain, business, or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and familiarity with ERP or purchasing software.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of local suppliers and market trends in Batangas is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate across cross functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the procurement function.
