Responsibility
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies within manufacturing and mechanical operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and documentation processes.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead root cause analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Deliver training and guidance on quality assurance and compliance best practices to staff.
- Generate detailed compliance and quality reports for management review and decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Serve as a key contact for regulatory agencies and certification bodies during external audits.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (ISO, GMP, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to conduct audits, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and quality management software.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote, WFH setting.
