Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document inspection results accurately and report any deviations or defects to the Quality Control Manager.
- Assist in maintaining and calibrating testing equipment to guarantee precise measurements.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to quality control processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all inspection activities.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance records.
Qualification
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control or quality assurance within manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and measurement instruments.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and quality management systems.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and GMP practices is an advantage.
