We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Engineer to uphold the highest standards of product quality and process excellence. You will collaborate across Production, Engineering and Supply Chain to prevent defects and drive continuous improvement.
This is a hands on role in a dynamic, quality-driven environment where you will ensure our products meet specifications and customer requirements through robust inspection, measurement, and data analysis.
Responsibility
- Perform inbound, in process and final inspections according to written procedures and customer requirements.
- Develop and execute QC tests and measurement protocols; document results with accuracy.
- Raise nonconformances, track CAPA, and verify root cause removal and containment actions.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to implement process improvements and defect reduction.
- Calibrate and maintain QC equipment; ensure measurement traceability and equipment readiness.
- Analyze quality data, generate control charts and management reports to guide decision making.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain thorough documentation for ISO 9001 compliance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of quality control or quality assurance experience in manufacturing or lab settings.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and CAPA processes; experience with audits and corrective actions.
- Strong analytical skills, statistical methods, SPC, MSA and FMEA knowledge.
- Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM) and calibration practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write clear reports and present data to cross functional teams.
- Experience with ERP or QA software and reading blueprints and specifications.
