Responsibility
- Perform incoming, in process, and final inspections to verify conformance to specifications
- Document and track non conformances, escalate critical issues, and lead containment actions
- Utilize statistical process control to monitor production quality and identify trends
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions
- Maintain calibration records and ensure measurement tools meet standards
- Participate in internal audits and support regulatory compliance including ISO 9001
Qualification
- Two or more years of experience in quality control in manufacturing or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem solving skills
- Experience with measurement tools and sampling plans
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and GMP guidelines
- Proficient in data analysis and MS Excel; familiarity with SPC is a plus
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Quality control certification such as CQI or ASQ is preferred
