Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials and finished products to verify compliance with established quality standards.
- Identify and document defects or deviations, reporting findings to the Production Supervisor and relevant departments.
- Collaborate with production staff to prevent recurrence of quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain precise inspection records and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Monitor and ensure daily adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements within the manufacturing area.
- Assist in the calibration, maintenance, and proper usage of inspection equipment and tools.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency.
- Support training efforts to reinforce quality awareness throughout the production team.
Qualification
- High school diploma; vocational or technical course related to quality control or manufacturing is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and document product nonconformities.
- Knowledge of quality control processes, inspection techniques, and related equipment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for interfacing with production and quality teams.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, specifications, and work instructions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Excel and Word, for data recording.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
