Trust Recruit is currently seeking a Quality Manager to join our team in Bukit Merah. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up ISO standards, overseeing manufacturing processes, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained at all times. The successful candidate will receive competitive remuneration, including AWS and VB.
Responsibility
- Implement and maintain ISO standards for quality management
- Manage and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Train and mentor quality assurance team members
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in quality management in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality control processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
