Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling inbound calls and inquiries, managing appointment calendars, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, assisting with basic data entry and filing, coordinating with vendors, and supporting office logistics and meeting arrangements.

Responsibility
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff while ensuring a warm, professional first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; take messages and manage time-sensitive inquiries promptly.
- Manage the front desk area and maintain a tidy, organized reception environment.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and calendar management for staff.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, mail distribution, and document preparation.
- Assist with office supply management and coordinate with vendors for equipment or facility needs.
- Support internal communications and collate information for departments as required.
- Ensure security and visitor sign-in procedures are followed and protect confidential information.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative coursework or degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk assistant, or in customer service.
- Excellent Indonesian communication skills, with professional written and verbal abilities; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with basic computer tasks and data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
