As the face of our clinic, you’ll greet patients, answer phone calls, verify appointment details, manage waiting lists, process payments, and maintain accurate patient records. You will collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to coordinate daily schedules and keep the reception area organized and welcoming. We value precision, discretion, and a positive attitude, and we offer a competitive salary range of RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 per month with opportunities for growth in a patient-centered environment.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English (and Bahasa Malaysia), tech-savvy, and able to multitask in a busy clinic setting. Prior experience in a healthcare or dental reception is a plus, but we provide training to help you succeed in this important role.
