Responsibility
- Greet visitors, clients and staff with a professional, courteous demeanor and ensure a warm, first-class welcome at the front desk.
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls; respond to emails and walk-in inquiries promptly.
- Manage front-desk operations, visitor sign-in, security checks, and access control.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendar scheduling for executives and teams.
- Sort and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries; manage courier services and shipments as needed.
- Maintain an organized reception area and support light administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Support cross-functional teams with travel arrangements, events, and general office coordination.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in administration or related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of receptionist or front-desk experience, preferably in a corporate or luxury brand environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Malay language skills preferred. Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment; experience with calendar management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Team player with initiative, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
