Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions, from intake to onboarding
- Source candidates through job boards, social networks, campus programs, and partner networks
- Screen resumes, conduct phone/video screens, and coordinate assessments and interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Manage offers, salary discussions, and new-hire onboarding
- Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment metrics in the ATS
- Promote the employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience across regions
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, with exposure to multinational environments (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and hiring regulations
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; fluent in English
- Results-driven mindset with high integrity and customer service orientation
