- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and set realistic timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS, track recruitment metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience that reinforces EMAPTA’s employer brand across channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones, uphold compliance, and meet SLAs.

- Excellent communication, interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work night shift and collaborate with international teams across multiple time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality and data privacy, with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
