MedSpecialized is actively seeking a motivated Recruitment Associate to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Cebu City. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our healthcare-focused workforce by delivering an exceptional candidate experience and partnering with hiring managers to fill critical roles quickly and accurately.
As a Recruitment Associate, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-clinical positions, from posting and sourcing to screening and scheduling interviews. You will collaborate with team members to understand role requirements, build a diverse candidate pipeline, and uphold a high standard of candidate care. Responsibility
- Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and campus outreach) to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and set realistic expectations for time-to-fill.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders, delivering a positive candidate experience and representing MedSpecialized's employer brand.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
- Track recruitment metrics, prepare status reports, and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about recruiting trends and PH labor laws to ensure compliant and competitive hiring practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of recruitment or HR support experience is preferred; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to connect with candidates and hiring managers across diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard HR software; comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compliance, and best practices in recruitment and onboarding is a plus.
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a customer-service orientation.
