Responsibility
- Source and screen candidates using diverse channels (job boards, referrals, social networks)
- Conduct initial phone or video screens and coordinate subsequent interviews
- Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline in the applicant tracking system
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and success factors
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviews, offers
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and timely feedback to teams and candidates
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and accurately document activities
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or diploma; fresh graduates welcome
