Responsibility

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for the AU market's trades and blue-collar roles, ensuring timely onboarding and placement.
  • Screen resumes, conduct candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and liaise with hiring managers to secure top talent.
  • Verify candidate documents and perform pre-employment checks in alignment with Australian regulations and company policy.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system and produce regular recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Partner with operations, payroll, and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding, worker eligibility, and payroll readiness.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience with timely communications and transparent updates throughout the process.
  • Support high-volume hiring needs and contribute to continuous process improvements to scale recruitment operations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of recruitment coordination, HR administration, or similar experience, preferably in high-volume or blue-collar hiring.
  • Familiarity with Australian employment laws, visa/work eligibility processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics; ability to analyze data and report on KPIs.
