We are currently seeking a motivated Recruitment cum HR Executive with CEI license to join our team in Jurong East. As the Recruitment cum HR Executive, you will own the full employee lifecycle from talent sourcing to onboarding, working closely with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and ensure timely, high-quality hires. You will also manage core HR operations, from employee records and contracts to attendance, payroll coordination, and benefits administration, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and CEI licensing requirements.

The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and capable of balancing speed with accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You should have a valid CEI license or the ability to obtain one, strong communication and interviewing skills, and a solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and privacy standards. Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for positions across functions, from job postings to offer letters and onboarding.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, provide a positive candidate experience, and maintain an organized pipeline.
  • Oversee HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, records, and data entry in HRIS.
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, and liaison with external vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Ensure CEI license compliance and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to forecast manpower needs and build robust talent pipelines.
  • Support performance management, learning initiatives, and employee relations with a focus on confidentiality and integrity.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR coordination in Singapore; CEI license is required or must be obtainable.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws, privacy regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office, and applicant tracking tools; ability to generate reports and insights.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
