Private Advertiser invites you to join our team as a Recruitment Data Entry Specialist in Bacoor City, Cavite. This essential role supports recruitment operations by maintaining accurate candidate information, updating applicant statuses, and helping streamline hiring processes across our organization.
In this full-time position, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure data integrity across our applicant tracking system and HR information systems. You will post job openings, screen and organize resumes, schedule interviews, and generate routine reports that highlight pipeline status and time-to-fill metrics. A strong emphasis on attention to detail, data privacy, and timely communication is required to succeed in this role.

Responsibility
- Maintain and update candidate records in ATS/HRIS with high accuracy
- Support end-to-end recruitment tasks: job postings, resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and updating candidate statuses
- Generate recruitment reports and dashboards to help managers monitor pipeline and time-to-fill
- Handle confidential information in accordance with privacy and data protection policies
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to support timely recruitment processes
- Assist with basic HR administrative duties as needed
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred; HR/recruitment experience is a plus
- 1+ year of data entry or recruitment support experience; familiarity with ATS/HRIS preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy; strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic office software; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with privacy sensitive information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; reliable and proactive
