Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess applicants for cultural and role fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and relevant labor regulations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to assess and match candidates to open roles effectively.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws is an advantage.
