Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess applicants for cultural and role fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.

Qualification
