As a Recruitment Staff, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end hiring, with a focus on sourcing candidates for sales and support positions. Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Source and attract candidates for various positions
- Screen resumes and interview candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
