The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment process or talent acquisition. They must have the ability to meet hiring targets and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the recruitment process
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage relationships with hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations
- Conduct interviews and screenings
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
