Join Adecco as a Regional Procurement Business Partner in the Semiconductor Materials sector. You will drive supplier strategy, risk mitigation, and cost optimization across a regional remit, engaging with global stakeholders in a matrix environment. This role offers exposure to high‑impact procurement activities, working with cross functional teams to ensure resilient supply of critical materials used in semiconductor manufacturing.
As the Regional PBP, you will own sourcing strategy, negotiate with suppliers, manage supplier performance, and implement category management initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership while maintaining quality, compliance, and continuity of supply. You will collaborate with regional and global procurement teams, supply chain operations, and business leaders across manufacturing sites to align procurement plans with business objectives. You will monitor supplier risk, perform market analysis, and drive supplier development programs.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional procurement strategy for semiconductor materials to optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity.
- Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management with a focus on risk mitigation and long‑term value.
- Manage supplier performance, scorecards, and continuous improvement programs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sourcing, QA, Logistics, Manufacturing) to align procurement with production plans.
- Monitor market trends, supplier risk, and price volatility; implement strategic hedging and diversification where appropriate.
- Drive category management initiatives and supplier development to improve supplier capabilities and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness.
- Track savings, spend analytics, and present procurement performance to regional stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of regional or global procurement experience in semiconductor materials or high‑tech manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills with a proven track record of savings.
- Experience in supplier strategy, risk management, and cost optimization in a matrix organization.
- Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in procurement analytics, ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at multiple levels.
- Ability to travel occasionally as required to support suppliers and sites.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in manufacturing and supply chain.
