Join Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd as a Regional Specialist, Marketing Technology, where you own the technical configuration, integration, and continuous optimization of the core MarTech stack, including customer data platforms (CDP), customer relationship management (CRM), analytics, and paid media measurement. You will partner with marketing, data, and IT teams across the region to translate business goals into scalable technology solutions that drive growth and ROI.
In this role, you will design data-driven experiences, governance, and segmentation strategies, implement tracking and attribution, and ensure data quality across all campaigns. You will lead tool onboarding, vendor evaluations, integrations, and documentation, while staying current on industry trends and best practices. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role suited for a growth-minded technologist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bridge business needs with technical execution.
Responsibility
- Own configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of the MarTech stack (CDP, CRM, Analytics, and paid media) to support segmented, cross-channel campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and IT teams to translate business goals into scalable data flows, dashboards, and automation.
- Oversee data quality, privacy, governance, including data modeling, segmentation, attribution, and reporting.
- Implement and maintain tagging, tracking, and measurement strategies; optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage vendor relationships, tool onboarding, training, and documentation; ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement of the MarTech stack.
- Lead regional projects, coordinate with stakeholders across markets, and deliver timely technical solutions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with marketing technology, CDP/CRM platforms, analytics, and data integration.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, segmentation, attribution, and data governance; SQL skills are a plus.
- Experience with tag management, event tracking, and analytics tools; familiarity with paid media measurement.
- Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams; ability to influence stakeholders.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or related MarTech tools are a plus.
