Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer support to music streaming users via email, chat, and phone in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Troubleshoot account, payment, and technical issues promptly and accurately.
- Educate users about platform features and resolve general inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of music streaming trends and product updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Deliver customer feedback effectively to support process improvements.
- Uphold privacy, security, and platform policies at all times.
Qualification
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within entertainment, tech, or call center environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient demeanor.
- Demonstrated empathy and problem-solving ability under pressure.
- Tech-savvy, with familiarity using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional remote team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Based in Kuala Lumpur or willing to work within Malaysia time zones.
