Responsibility
- Provide accurate Cantonese-English interpretation for inbound and outbound customer conversations across phone, chat, and email channels.
- Deliver empathetic, high-quality first-contact resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions precisely in the CRM, update tickets, and track issues until resolution.
- Escalate complex inquiries to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely responses.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures to inform customers accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, billing, tech support) to resolve customer needs.
- Adhere to data privacy, security standards, and company guidelines while handling customer information.
Qualification
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, with excellent spoken and written communication.
- Prior experience in customer service, interpretation, or a contact center is preferred.
- Strong listening skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM platforms; familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Reliable home workspace with stable internet connection and the ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
