Responsibility

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO/Founder, including managing appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and presentations on behalf of the executive office.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain confidential documents and reports for both executive and HR purposes.
  • Assist in overseeing daily operations of the HR department, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR inquiries.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy for both executive and HR records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication between leadership and staff.
  • Support the recruitment process by helping to post job openings, screen applicants, and schedule interviews as needed.
  • Manage sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or HR assistant, ideally in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
