APX Hotels Apartments, a leader in exceptional hospitality experiences, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Executive Assistant / HR Assistant to support our CEO/Founder and oversee HR operations. Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO/Founder, including managing appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and presentations on behalf of the executive office.
- Prepare, review, and maintain confidential documents and reports for both executive and HR purposes.
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the HR department, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR inquiries.
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy for both executive and HR records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication between leadership and staff.
- Support the recruitment process by helping to post job openings, screen applicants, and schedule interviews as needed.
- Manage sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or HR assistant, ideally in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Proactive approach to task management and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with HR policies, employment law, and recruitment best practices is a plus.
