Responsibility

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for housekeepers and kitchen staff, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the hospitality sector and international talent markets.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers in Poland to identify workforce needs and define candidate requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, agencies) to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
