Responsibility
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for housekeepers and kitchen staff, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the hospitality sector and international talent markets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers in Poland to identify workforce needs and define candidate requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, agencies) to build strong talent pipelines.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the applicant tracking system.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience hiring for international teams or expatriate roles is an advantage.
