Responsibility
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Proactively manage and nurture existing customer relationships to expand business opportunities and drive customer retention.
- Coordinate and provide timely updates on orders, vendor lead times, and delivery schedules using the CRM system.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the assigned customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless order fulfillment process.
- Track daily sales activities and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM database.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product and industry knowledge.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
Qualification
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the foodservice, hospitality, or supply chain sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM software and various digital communication tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, results-driven environment.
- Familiarity with inbound and outbound sales processes; no cold calling required.
- College degree preferred, but not required for candidates with relevant experience.
